We 3D print our mouthguards in-house, which cuts out the need for an outside lab. This means you get your mouthguard faster, and save money.
First, we take either digital or traditional impressions of the mouth. Then we create a custom splint in special software that is custom-fitted to each patient. Lastly, we print the custom design, polish the mouthguard, and then deliver it you.
In most cases, you will get a digital impression rather than a traditional one. This means no mess or goopy impressions for you.
