We take great pride in our patient care and we respect your time and dedication to our office. In return, we ask that you respect our time and help us keep our operations running efficiently.
If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason. We ask that you kindly give our office at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, it will be considered a short notice cancelation and subject to our short notice fee of $25.00.
Failed appointment policy is as follows: your first failed appointment will be forgiven. A second failed appointment will incur a $50.00 failed appointment fee and will be applied to your account.
We do take all circumstances into consideration and will not apply a fee if it is justified WHEN THERE IS A NOTICE GIVEN.
If you arrive to your scheduled appointment more than 10 minutes late without letting us know, your appointment may be rescheduled at the office’s discretion.
